A State-of-the-Art drainage system specifically designed for use around swimming pools, patios, tennis courts and anywhere that an aesthetically pleasing drainage system is required to collect and remove water.

Overall dimensions - 60mm width x 100mm depth x 2.8m length. Weight - 1.8kg.1/m.

Channel or base - PVC, fluted to enhance strength.

Rounded channel bottom enhances water flow and assists self-cleaning.

Fittings and accessories - PVC. Include 90 deg. corners, end-caps, joiner pieces, side and bottom outlets. All manufactured to glue-fit tolerances.

Means of affixing fittings to channel is by PVC solvent.

PVC channel will maintain its form during construction due to a “poly-former” insert which is provided with each length.

Due to the design of the channel base, the drain should never move or float when set into concrete.

Top grating - Extruded aluminium, anaodized (20 micons), also mill finish for powder-coating.

Flow capabilities:

• Top grating - 74 slots L/M. (Water flow per slot = 0.0609cub/m/sec)
• Outflow flow rate - Max 500 1/min per lineal metre.
• 500 L/M per L/M open-ended.
• 120 L/M per L/M with 50mm. end outlet.
• 368 L/M per L/M with bottom dropper installed & 1/2m. fall.

Top grating is removable for cleaning purposes, with a dedicated 260mm long removable cleaning section provided.
